By using the My Case mobile application (“App”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to protect you as a user and Anpixels LLC as the service provider. Please read them carefully before using the App.

This app is publicly available and listed under the following names:

• Case Tracker – Immigration (Google Play)
• Case Tracker: US Immigration (Apple App Store)

About the App

My Case is developed and maintained by Anpixels LLC, a U.S.-based software company. The app provides tools to track U.S. immigration case status using publicly available data from the USCIS Case Status APIs.

No Affiliation with USCIS

This app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with USCIS or any other government agency. It is a third-party tool that provides public data in a user-friendly format. It does not offer legal advice or guarantee case outcomes.

User Responsibilities

• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
• You are responsible for entering accurate receipt numbers.
• Do not input sensitive personal data; the app does not request or store personally identifiable information.
• No login or account is required to use the App.

International Use and Legal Compliance

By using this app, you confirm that your use complies with the laws and regulations of your country or jurisdiction. Users from the European Union, Brazil, Canada, Australia, and other applicable regions are protected under corresponding data laws, including GDPR, LGPD, and others.

Data Collection and Use

We collect limited, non-personal data solely to improve the app, including:

• Anonymous installation ID (for Firebase Cloud Messaging)
• Crash and performance logs (via Firebase)
• Non-personal ad interaction metrics (via Google AdMob)

Childrens Use

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of 13, please do not use the app. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Intellectual Property

Service Availability

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the app.
• Data availability depends on USCIS service uptime.

Prohibited Use

• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the app or its services.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Use must not violate the laws of the United States or your local laws.

Modifications

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. The most recent version will always be available at uscistracker.app/terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anpixels LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anpixels LLC from any claims or liabilities arising out of your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time for any violation of these terms or for security or maintenance reasons.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
